Raheel Ahmed, MD, is a UW Health Kids pediatric neurosurgeon and an associate professor in the Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He treats children from birth to young adulthood who have neurological disorders that affect the brain and spine. Dr. Ahmed treats a wide variety of conditions such as hydrocephalus (fluid buildup in the brain), epilepsy (seizure disorder), movement disorders, brain tumors and spinal conditions that require surgery. He has a special clinical interest in pediatric epilepsy.
