Javier Amadeo, M.D.

About

Dr. Amadeo is a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, North American Spine Society, American Medical Association, Medical Society of Virginia, and the Newport News Medical Society. He is also a member of the Puerto Rico College of Physicians and Surgeons. He specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery, brain tumors and working with the precisely-controlled radiation of Gamma Knife radiosurgery. Dr. Amadeo also holds a special interest in microsurgical treatment of vascular lesions of the brain, such as aneurysms. His philosophy is to always consider what he would want for himself or a loved one when determining a treatment plan for his patients.
