Louise McCullough, MD, PhD, is a professor and chair of the Department of Neurology at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston). She also serves as Chief of Neurology Service at Memorial Hermann Hospital – Texas Medical Center. An energetic investigator, she is well recognized for her work in cerebral vascular disease.
