Dr. Kalra, a board-certified neurosurgeon, is the leading expert in cervical and lumbar spine diseases, including minimally invasive approaches and artificial cervical discs. He is also one of very few neurosurgeons in the community treating brain tumors. Dr. Kalra believes in treating patients with the same respect and honesty as his neighbors, friends and family. He follows strict evidence-based guidelines and is extremely conservative in his approach towards surgery. Dr. Kalra previously served as the Chief of Surgery at the Presbyterian Hospital of Plano and is currently the Directory of Neurosurgery at Medical City Plano. He lives with his wife and children in Plano, TX.
