Elsa Rodarte Rascon, MD, is a movement disorder specialist and an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston. Rodarte Rascon is a board-certified neurologist trained to diagnose and treat neurological conditions in teens, adults, and seniors. Rodarte Rascon earned her medical degree in 2012 from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education’s Ignacio A. Santos School of Medicine.
