Gregory B. Lanford, MD

About

Dr. Lanford is a native of Memphis, Tn but has called Nashville home for 35 years. He attended medical school at the University of Tennessee and completed his Neurosurgery residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 1991. He has always had a passion for medicine, having worked in a hospital setting since the age of 14. Dr. Lanford loves the satisfaction derived from making a difference in his patients’ lives. He also greatly enjoys spending time with his two adult children and twin granddaughters as well as playing golf, watching college football and the Nashville Predators. He has extensive experience in brain and spine surgery, and is one of the most experienced robotic spine surgeons in the Southeast.
