Nestor D. Tomycz, MD Nestor D. Tomycz graduated from Harvard College summa cum laude in chemistry in 2001 and obtained his M.D. from Harvard Medical School in 2005. He completed his neurosurgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2012 with a one-year inter-residency stereotactic/functional neurosurgery fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital. He joined the faculty at Allegheny General Hospital in 2012 and has focused his practice on chronic pain, deep brain stimulation for movement disorders, peripheral nerve stimulation, cancer pain, and spine.
