Kiersten Reznik Schaefer, MPAS, PA-C, is a physician assistant at the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Division of Child Neurology. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Biology from Chatham University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University as well. Kiersten has extensive experience as a physician assistant in pediatric neurology and specializes in medically fragile patients and intractable epilepsy. She helps manage the Ketogenic Diet Clinic, along with the Intractable Epilepsy Clinic and Epilepsy Surgery Clinic. Ms. Schaefer is Pittsburgh born and raised. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, reading and enjoying the outdoors.
