Katherine Anetakis, MD, is a neurologist certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is an assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, followed by a pediatric neurology residency and clinical neurophysiology fellowship at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Dr. Anetakis’ clinical interests include intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring in adult and pediatric neurosurgical, orthopedic, ENT, vascular, and interventional neuroradiology procedures, as well as motor and language mapping during awake craniotomies.
