Frances Marie Urmann, CRNP

Frances Urmann, CRNP, is a nurse practitioner with the Department of Child Neurology at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University. Prior to pursuing medicine, Fran graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Journalism. She works in general neurology with an interest in Neurofibromatosis and neuromuscular disorders. As an Army Veteran, Fran also has a passion for continued service to the military community. Fran lives in South Fayette with her husband and three children and enjoys traveling, fitness, and adventuring with her family.
