Kelsey Rose Duncan, MD, MBA is a vascular neurologist and neuro-endovascular surgeon at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. Dr. Duncan’s passion for excellence in cerebrovascular healthcare extends across all aspects of care from prevention to acute treatment to recovery and rehabilitation. She is trained in the medical and interventional treatment of a wide spectrum of neurovascular pathologies including stroke and cerebral aneurysms, and is board certified in neurology and vascular neurology.
