Jason William Heil, MD

About

Interested in science as a child, Dr Heil's volunteer experiences at a hospital and a summer camp for children with illnesses inspired him to pursue a medical career. Seeing the valued relationships his grandfather built as a community physician influenced his decision as well. With the guidance of mentors, he chose to specialize in neurology, a field where he believes there is still much to be discovered. Dr Heil treats disorders that affect the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves. In his role as the Inpatient Director of Neurology at Good Sam, he primarily focuses on hospitalized patients while sustaining some outpatient availability for referrals.
