Dr Susan Evans is a neurologist at ECU Health Neurology - Greenville and ECU Health Neurology - Wilson, with advanced fellowship training in neuromuscular disorders. She specializes in diagnosing and treating Multiple sclerosis and CNS neuroimmunology disease. Dr Evan’s provides ongoing quality care for her patients by listening to their symptoms, concerns, and questions, offering communication availability outside of visits, and keeping them aware of current and future treatment options for their disease states. Outside of her work, she enjoys artistic endeavors, including painting and writing poetry. She also likes to travel to different places in and outside of the U.S.
