Board-certified and fellowship-trained in EMG and neuromuscular disease, Mark A. Nelson specializes in the treatment and diagnosis of neurological diseases including headache disorders, dementia/Alzheimer’s, stroke, spinal and movement disorders, and multiple sclerosis (MS). He joined Long Island Neurology Consultants in 1997 and is a member of The American Academy of Neurology and an active member of Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital medical staff where he sits on the ethics committee.
