Licensed NYS clinical psychologist. Provide neuropsychological evaluations and psychoeducational evaluations for individuals ages 6+. Neurorehabilitation therapy and mental health counseling services for individuals ages 18+ are also offered. No ASD evaluations. Treatment issues include loss and disabilities and due to catastrophic illness/injury. I do not prescribe medications. Member of NAN, NYSPA, NYSAN. Some commercial insurances are accepted (i.e., Aetna, CDPHP, 1199, Empire Plan NYSHIP). No Fault and Workers Compensation accepted. Medicaid/Medicare are NOT accepted. By appointment only.
