About

Adilia Hormigo, MD, PhD, is Leader, Neuro-Oncology Program, Co-Leader, Neuro-Oncology Multidisciplinary Disease Team and Professor, Hematology-Oncology, Neurosurgery, and Microbiology & Immunology at Montefiore Einstein. She is also a member of the Cancer Therapeutics Program. Her clinical expertise is the treatment of malignancies of the central nervous system and neurologic complications of cancer. Dr Hormigo earned her Doctor of Medicine with honors from the University of Lisbon and her Doctor of Philosophy from New York University. She pursued a residency in neurology at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell University/Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
