Dr. Florian Thomas has subspecialty training and experience in spinal cord medicine, neuromuscular disorders, neurogenetics, and neuroimmunology. He is board-certified in neurology, spinal cord medicine, and neural repair and rehabilitation. He treats adults and children with ALS, MS, neuromyelitis optica, peripheral neuropathies, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, hereditary neuropathies, and chronic spinal cord injury. As Chair of Neurology and Neurosciences at Hackensack University Medical Center and Medical Director, Northern Region, Neuroscience Care Transformation Service for Hackensack Meridian Health, Dr. Thomas has been instrumental in the development of multiple neuroscience programs at the institute.
