Kevin Zhao, D.O., is a fellowship trained neurosurgeon who has recently joined Hackensack Meridian Medical Group as Co-Director of Neurosurgery at Riverview Medical Center and Ocean University Medical Center. Dr. Zhao completed his neurosurgery residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and received specialized fellowship training in minimally invasive skull base and cerebrovascular neurosurgery at the University of Arizona Phoenix under the mentorship of renowned surgeon Peter Nakaji M.D.. Dr. Zhao specializes in minimally invasive complex cranial, and spine surgeries.
