Manasa Gunturu, MD

Manasa Gunturu MD, is a fellowship-trained neuro-ophthalmologist and ABPN board-certified neurologist. An assistant professor in the departments of Neurology and Ophthalmology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, she also serves as the Associate Program Director for the Neurology Residency Program. Dr. Gunturu's clinical practice includes the entire scope of visual disorders resulting from neurological diseases. She treats patients with idiopathic intracranial hypertension (pseudotumor cerebri), optic neuritis, non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, giant cell arteritis, and diplopia, including ocular myasthenia gravis and thyroid eye disease, and visual problems resulting from strokes and brain tumors.
