Perry Foreman, MD

Perry J Foreman, Ph.D., MD, is an epileptologist in the Epilepsy Center at the LifeBridge Health Brain & Spine Institute. He earned his degree in medicine from the University of Texas Southwest-ern Medical School at Dallas, and his doctorate in neuroscience from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed an internal medicine internship at the Baylor College of Medicine, which he followed with a neurology residency and a fellowship in developmental epilepsy and neurophysiology at Baylor College of Medicine.
