Paul Singh, MD, MPH, is the director of neuroendovascular surgery at MedStar Franklin Square. He is a dual fellowship trained, board certified neurologist who specializes in neuroendovascular surgery and vascular neurology. Dr Singh is a leader in the treatment of both arterial and venous strokes. He is accomplished in endovascular and minimally invasive treatments of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), dural arteriovenous fistulas, and other vascular diseases of the brain and spine. Dr Singh has developed cutting-edge interventional techniques and he has led multiple clinical research trials. Additionally, he is an associate professor at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
