About
Dr. Hugo Cuellar is the Chairman of the LSU Health Shreveport Department of Radiology and an Professor and Director of Neurointerventional Surgery with the LSU Health Shreveport Department of Neurosurgery. He brings with him a wealth of experience in coiling aneurysms, embolizing AVM’s and other neurointerventional procedures. His clinical interests include Endovascular therapy in Cerebral and Spinal vascular malformations, brain aneurysms, stroke, brain, head, and neck tumors, as well as an interest in Percutaneous treatment of lumbago. Dr. Cuellar is currently the Medical Co-Director of the Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport Stroke Center, the only 24/7 Stroke Center in the area.
