Dr. Scott J. Raffa is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurosurgeon and spine surgeon, focusing exclusively on minimally invasive/MIS spine surgeries, spinal deformity, and adult scoliosis. Dr. Raffa specializes in microsurgical, ultrasonic, and endoscopic surgical techniques, as well as lateral and hybrid approaches to the spinal column, all complemented with use of the latest technologies. Dr. Raffa’s approach is “Safety First”. This approach involves a discussion on quality of life, and seeks to exhaust all options before surgery is discussed.
