Dr. Lekhraj Patel is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurologist with the Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute. Since the 1990s, Dr. Patel has been providing care to patients with conditions affecting the spinal cord and brain as well as the peripheral nerves and muscles. Dr. Patel completed his medical training at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Gujarat, India. He completed an internal medicine residency at Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He finished another residency in adult neurology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and a clinical stroke fellowship at the same hospital.
