Dr. Joseph F. Kulas is a board certified clinical neuropsychologist who has expertise in both adult and pediatric populations. He further has expertise in conducting forensic evaluations, inlcuding independent medical evaluation and record reviews for disability assessment, workers' compensation, and civil litigation. He also has significant expertise in the evaluation of fitness for duty, evaluation of police officers, threat assessment and management, and pre-employment psychological evaluations.
