Mohona Reza, M.D.

About

Mohona Reza, M.D., was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh. When she was three, her family immigrated to Queens, New York. Dr. Reza completed her undergraduate degree from Stony Brook University in New York and medical degree from American University of the Caribbean. She completed her neurology residency at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana and her fellowship in multiple sclerosis and neuroimmunology at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Reza’s passion for medicine and neurology stemmed from volunteering in underdeveloped countries and low-income areas. Her research interests include investigating the relationship between socioeconomic status and disability in patients with multiple sclerosis.
