Melissa Houser, MD, is a neurologist with fellowship training in movement disorders. Dr. Houser is the founder and clinical director of the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Center at Scripps Clinic in San Diego, California. Here, she and her team provide advanced treatment of neurological disorders with a multidisciplinary, integrative and caring approach. Dr. Houser provides care for ataxia, disorders requiring treatment with botulinum toxin therapy, deep brain stimulation (DBS), dyskinesia and dystonia, myoclonus, tics including Tourette syndrome, tremor, Parkinson’s disease and atypical parkinsonism, restless leg syndrome (RLS) and other movement disorders.
