Dr. Kiarash Golshani is a UCI Health neurosurgeon who specializes in neurological spine surgery, neurointerventional radiology, cerebrovascular surgery, skull base surgery and general neurosurgery. He sees patients in Orange, Costa Mesa, Laguna Hills and Victorville. Because of his advanced training in neurointerventional radiology and endovascular neurosurgery, Golshani is able to use minimally invasive and endovascular techniques to treat conditions that otherwise would require open skull surgery. For these minimally invasive procedures, he uses tiny catheters and high-tech instruments that are threaded through blood vessels to the precise site of the cerebrovascular problem.
