Dr. Brian Hwang is a board-certified Johns Hopkins trained neurosurgeon and former U.S. Army Green Beret combat medic. He is also a FDA medical officer/neurosurgeon. Dr. Hwang holds double fellowship certification in spine surgery and functional/pain neurosurgery. He is an expert in minimally invasive brain, robotic and endoscopic spine surgeries, and neuromodulation including deep brain stimulation and spinal cord stimulation. Dr. Hwang uses ultra-minimally invasive techniques and advanced technology to treat conditions including spinal stenosis, spinal slippage, back and neck pain, arm and leg pain caused by the spine, trapped nerves, failed back syndrome, chronic pain neuropathy, epilepsy, Parkinson's Disease, and Essential Tremor.
